ViseeO One (1) Year Limited Warranty

IMPORTANT: BY USING VISEEO PRODUCT(S) YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF VISEEO ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (hereafter called “WARRANTY”) AS SET OUT BELOW. DO NOT USE YOUR PRODUCT UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY. IF YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY, IF YOU DISAGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY, DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT AND RETURN IT TO THE PLACE OF YOUR LOCAL OR ONLINE DEALER WHTIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE FOR A REFUND.
Disclaimer of warranties
This warranty gives you specific rights that apply the purchase of the products. Some jurisdictions do not permit limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not, under such law be applied. For a full understanding of your rights, you should consult the laws of your country, province, state or special administrative region.
Limitation of Damages
In addition to the above warranty disclaimers, in no event will Triamp Technology Ltd. (hereafter called “Triamp”) be liable for any consequential, incidental, exemplary, or special damages, including any damages for lost data or lost profits, arising from or relating to this limited warranty or the product, and Triamp’s total cumulative liability arising from or related to this limited warranty or the product will not exceed the amount actually paid for the product by the original purchaser.
What is covered by this warranty
Triamp warrants ViseeO branded product(s) in the original packaging against defects In materials and workmanship when used normally for intended use in accordance with user manual and safety notice.
What is not covered by this warranty
Normal wear and tear
Corrosion or rust on the frame due to extreme environmental conditions, including high humidity, salt spray, ice or snow or due to insufficient maintenance
Incorrect assembly or installation of a third party part or accessory not compatible with the original design
Accidental or intentional damage, abuse or neglect
Improper storage/care of the product
If purchased second hand or from an unauthorized reseller
When the product has not been used for normal use and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions
If a repair or modification has been carried out by an unauthorized party or if the product has been dismantled with no authorization from Triamp
Consumer dissatisfaction with the product in terms of disliking the fit, weight, functionality, color or style
What this limited warranty consists of
In the event of a defect, Triamp’s sole and exclusive liability and your sole remedy under this limited warranty will be, at Triamp’s discretion, to provide a repaired or replacement Product, subject to your fulfillment of “Your Responsibilities” below.
Replacement product may be provided in a color different from the product you originally purchased.
Triamp will only provide replacement parts and service sets that have been thoroughly tested and can easily be assembled with or without instructions. Triamp will only replace like-for-like. Nevertheless, Triamp reserves the right to discontinue a model, color, fabric or accessory, and therefore will replace the consumer, during the warranty period with an equivalent product, color or fabric. Any replacement or repair provided by Triamp will not give the right for the warranty period to be extended. The warranty provides a right to repair and specifically not to a product’s exchange or return. Triamp does not cover under warranty any defects if the Product has been purchased second hand or from an unauthorized reseller. Triamp is only obliged to offer warranty services to consumers who can present proof of the original date of purchase. In the event of any dispute regarding this Limited Warranty, Triamp reserves the right for all final decisions on the warranty. Triamp reserves the right to improve the design of any product without assuming any obligation to modify the previously manufactured articles.
In the event of a defect and in order to get the benefit of this limited warranty, you must contact Triamp’s technique support at email@example.com and obtain an RMA number before shipping your Product, complete or in part, to the address provided by Triamp’s technique support
You will need to arrange your own shipping at your own cost for returning the item to us for inspection and repair or replacement.
Triamp will repair or replace (as applicable) and pay for the shipping of your product back to you within 90 days of receiving your original Product.
